| Hi Tom, I used 95% of the time the Sigma 500/4.5 with a Kenko 1.4x PRO DG, with taped pins. With the Kenko converter I got the best results and the best AF performance on the 1DIIn and the 7D. And yes it is the non-DG Version. Regards, Sebastian | |||

Also, have you decided the ultimate TC to use with this lens without image quality and AF suffering too greatly? You have a wonderful site, full of great photos. It is an inspiration.
